Quilting Service Disclaimer & Terms Agreement By submitting your quilt for quilting services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Condition of Quilt Top. I understand that my quilt top, backing, and batting must be clean, square, and properly prepared. There could be a prep charge if your quilt is not prepared properly. If we need to prep your quilt it will add time to the finish date. If there is a problem we will call or email you. I acknowledge that construction issues such as uneven seams, fullness, or fabric flaws may affect the final result. I understand that machine quilting may not “fix” pre-existing issues like fullness and puckering. I authorize the services selected above. 2. Quilting Results Longarm quilting may result in minor variations, including small puckers or pleats, especially on quilts that are not square or evenly constructed. These are a normal part of the process and are not considered defects. 3. Thread & Design Choices Thread color and quilting design will follow customer selections when provided. If not specified, choices will be made to best complement the quilt. 4. I agree to add 8 Inches to the length and width of my Batting and 10 Inches to the length and width of my backing. Batting If you provide your own batting, I cannot guarantee the quality or final results, as folds, creases, or inconsistencies may affect the quilting outcome. Batting supplied by me is stored on a roll and is free from folds and creases, helping ensure a smoother, more consistent finish. 5. Care & Liability All quilts are handled with care; however, I am not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing fabric weaknesses, construction issues, or other conditions beyond my control. 6. Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. 7. Payment & Pickup Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Quilts should be picked up promptly once finished. 8. Abandoned Quilts Quilts not picked up within 60 days of completion, without prior communication, may be considered abandoned. 9. Photography I may photograph completed quilts for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you mark No above.
