Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy:

Subscriptions renew on the 1st day of each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on the 1st of the month.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To pause, skip or cancel:

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://hotchocolatequiltcompany.com/account/register

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click, "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
